Tired muscles and joints relax well in the sauna, while it is not a strain for the body. Radiated heat, for the most part, is absorbed by the human body.
Sauning in an infrared sauna flushes toxins from the body and helps with overweight reduction. It is also suitable for allergy sufferers, asthmatics, cardiac patients and people with blood pressure problems.
You can then continue to the steam herbal sauna where the humidity almost approaches 100% so the respiratory system and the skin are remarkably relaxed. The steam sauna is ideal for regeneration after physical strain.
